My latest animation! Although I did it in Flash, I still did not utilize Flash symbols or the library, which are things I really need to learn. But for now, I was focusing on matching a pre-designed character and making my animations more LOOSE.

The character is Danny from the animated film: “Cat’s Don’t Dance.” It is funny I should pick that movie, since in a way Danny’s struggle to achieve fame is how I feel trying to break into the industry!

I must not give up, like Danny!!!

Audio is from David Tennant as Doctor Who - he has such great crazy lines!

I finally found the time to finish my first real Flash animation! This is Cassie, from the book series “Animorphs” by K.A. Applegate - LOVED this series when I was younger!!! Next Flash animation I do will definatly be using symbols; this one was tradiationally animated using “copy/paste” for the holds.

I also need to learn to make control buttons (such as play and stop) If you want to watch it again, you’ll have to refresh for now. Sorry - I’ll get right on that.

Finally got my film online! I was recently accepted to be allowed to post films on Deviant Art (a process one has to apply to)

As of October 2009, “Out of Your Shell” was chosen as a finalist for the KIDSFIRST! Animation film festival in the category of student shorts
